Coaching

One of the most common questions we receive is, “What is coaching?” While the concept may seem simple, coaching is about walking alongside our individual and corporate clients on their journey to where they want to be. That’s where the real magic happens.

Through our unique, data-driven approach, we equip clients with the tools they need to understand where they currently stand and to envision where they want to go.

The Process

All coaching engagements begin with a Discovery Call. The purpose of this call or meeting is to understand your aspirations and ensure alignment. During the Discovery Call, you’ll be asked a series of thought-provoking questions (which can be sent in advance) to guide our conversation.

After the call, you will receive a Personalized Proposal for review. This proposal typically includes onboarding information, details of any recommended psychometric assessments, information on Cloverleaf, pricing, and next steps.

Once the Personalized Proposal is accepted, the Onboarding process begins. This will involve completing necessary documentation and signing the Coaching Contract.

Throughout the engagement, Reflection Points will be scheduled at regular intervals, with data leveraged wherever possible to enrich our discussions. Depending on the nature of the engagement, you may also receive a Final Report at the conclusion of the coaching process.

Psychometric Assessments

Data-driven coaching leverages insights from assessments and analytics to tailor personalized growth strategies for individuals and teams. By grounding coaching decisions in measurable data, it ensures that every action taken is aligned with clear objectives and desired outcomes. This approach enhances the effectiveness of coaching by providing concrete feedback and tracking progress in real-time.

16 Types

Assesses four areas of an individual’s personality: 1) where energy is received, 2) how information is taken in, 3) how decisions are made, and 4) outward behavioral tendencies. A four letter code represents each of these areas.

DISC

The DISC assessment measures how you respond to favorable and unfavorable situations — scoring on an individual’s tendency toward dominance, compliance, influence, and steadiness.

Enneagram

There are nine personality types in the Enneagram system, each with its unique set of characteristics and specific motivating drivers. By understanding these different characteristics, team members can learn how to work more effectively with one another.

EQ-i 2.0®

The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) is the world’s leading measure of emotional intelligence, applying decades of research to support effective human performance and development. The fifteen competencies measured in the scientifically validated EQ-i 2.0 model are highly correlated with inspirational leadership, innovative work cultures, highly-effective teams, and engaged and committed talent.

EQ 360

The EQ 360 is also known as a Multi-rater assessment. The Multi-Rater or 360 degree assessment combines your own perceptions of your EQ with the perceptions of others who know you well, who are 360 degrees around you.

VIA

VIA identifies positive character strengths within the six categories: Wisdom, Courage, Humanity, Justice, Temperance, and Transcendence. These strengths are aspects of an individual’s character when they are their true, positive self.

Work Personality Index® Leadership Potential

The Work Personality Index® Leadership Potential assessment provides talent insights enabling you to identify high potential employees and the future leaders of your organization. The report provides feedback on 21 work-related personality traits and compares individual scores to a large sample of top leaders. Highlighting strengths and possible challenges, these valuable insights can be used to identify who has the potential to lead and where to invest in training.

“I have experienced hugely significant positive changes such as an inner calmness which in turn has allowed me to make much more balanced decisions in work, but predominantly has helped me focus on my wellbeing and positivity in life where I can’t even begin to outline how awesome my life has become as a result. I absolutely feel more empowered and equipped to face life’s challenges as a direct result of spending time with Raheela.”
