I decided to absorb this wonderful book as an Audio Book so that I could listen to it whilst working. From the moment it started, I was drawn into Tony’s inspiring story of his journey; he was clearly an entrepreneur from birth!
The book is extremely engaging as, by taking us on his journey, Tony has provided readers with very clear guidelines about how they can structure their businesses so that happiness is at the core. As he says, “Happiness never decreases by being shared”.
My biggest take aways from this book are:

- Empower your staff with engagement, dialogue and belief
